About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced director to lead our healthcare transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovative projects that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare.
Responsibilities- Lead and support the development of digital and technology strategies for healthcare systems and providers.
- Define and implement future state operating models for business units and functions to better align with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct options analysis, detailed business case development, and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers.
- Manage and implement technology-enabled transformational change that improves the day-to-day lives of providers and patients.
- Support business development activities that directly impact our growth and reputation in the health sector.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare transformation or a related field.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program, or project level, with knowledge and experience in traditional or agile Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and end-to-end project delivery.
- Confidence and experience in leading and working within large and multi-disciplinary teams.
- An understanding of digital technologies, applications, and industry best practices within healthcare.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
- Experience in providing strategic advice and guidance to senior executives and sponsors.
