Job Title:
Key Account Growth ManagerAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Key Account Growth Manager to promote and sell cement and associated products.
- Travel regularly, visiting existing customers and identifying opportunities for growth
- Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships
- Gather market intelligence on potential customers, opposition suppliers and industry trends
- Undertake duties associated with managing client accounts including product and service needs, delivery requirements, complaint resolution etc
- Strive for and achieve set sales revenue targets
- Build brand loyalty and maximise revenues
- Raise the profile of Wagners in the local market
- Provide relief coverage for other team members from time to time
- Offer quotations to new and existing customers in a timely manner and maintain the quote register
- Regularly use the company CRM system
Requirements:
- Sound computer knowledge (MS Office - Word & Excel)
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Possess flexibility, adaptability and versatility to handle changing work requirements
- Establish and manage working relationships with Directors, Senior Management Team and employees
- Accounts management background within the cement industry or similar
- Relevant tertiary business qualification or minimum 5 years' experience/exposure in handling a small business
- Be a professional self-starter with passion for excellence in customer service and business development
