Job Title:

Procurement Team Lead – Key Role in Strategic Sourcing

    In this pivotal position, you will oversee procurement activities across various domains, including internal stock ordering, forecasting, and coordinating urgent deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Internal FMC Stock Ordering – Regularly monitor and convert STO orders to STR.
  • Develop and Implement Forecasting for Additional Stock Changes to STO.
  • Coordinate Urgent Deliveries of FMC Goods to Clinics.
  • Ensure Seamless Coordination for Delivery of Machines and Chairs to the FKC Clinic.
  • Oversee Goods Receipting of FMC Stock – Resolve any Stock-in-Transit or other incidents that may hinder clinics from receiving stock.
  • Maintain Shopping Cart P76 – Add, remove, and modify products as needed.
  • Manage Vendors in the Shopping Cart.
  • Set Up, Remove, and Modify User Setup in P76 and P11.
  • Provide Support and Education on Resource Troubleshooting – Assist FKC users with Shopping Cart/PO creations/P11 STO reviews/Zebra device issues.
  • Lead Onboarding of New Vendors – Sponsor business relationships with new vendors and update existing ones.
  • Oversee Procurement Administration – Ensure line managers and buyers adhere to established processes and document control.
  • Identify Gaps in Current Policies/Documents and Implement Necessary Changes.
  • Actively Manage Relationships with 3PL Service Providers and Vendors.
  • Ensure Service Providers and Vendors Meet Committed KPIs Consistently.
  • Conduct Regular Audits and Supplier Evaluations per Company Policy and Regulatory Requirements.
  • Build Mutually Beneficial Partnerships with Selected Key Service Providers and Vendors.
  • Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions Swiftly in Cases of Service Failures.
  • Handle Logistics Service Escalations – Receive and address warehousing and transportation-related complaints and ad-hoc requests from internal team members.
  • Work Closely with 3PL Service Providers to Address Complaints/Requests Promptly.
  • Urgency is Paramount in Healthcare Logistics due to Patient Care Priorities.
  • Coordinate FMC Clinic Stock Takes – Liaise with FKC Clinics to Perform Stock Takes and Add Missing Batch Entries.
