About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sourcing Expert to join our team and drive strategic partnerships that deliver exceptional value.

This role will involve establishing key relationships with suppliers, leveraging industry trends, and analyzing spend data to inform sourcing decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, be able to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, and have a deep understanding of business cases and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and project managers.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on spend data and supplier performance.
  • Identify and implement best practices in sourcing software, hardware, and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in sourcing, negotiating, and delivering complex contracts.
  • Proven track record of driving results through strategic partnerships and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
