
Chief Sales Officer

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive growth in the Australian horticultural sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of farming systems, soil science, nutrition, and irrigation, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in agribusiness or AgTech, and a background or experience in perennial tree crops, agronomy, or horticulture. Citrus experience is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with new customers, providing hands-on product demonstrations and training at farms and offices, developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and profitability, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, work independently and drive results without direct supervision, and possess a world-class service delivery and customer-centric attitude.
