Senior Origination Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex funding transactions and contribute to the success of our team.

This key role reports directly to the Senior Director, Origination and is part of the Housing Capital Solutions and Partnerships team. The main responsibilities include originating deals in line with credit underwriting guidelines, overseeing financial due diligence including financial modelling and analysis, identifying critical risks and providing recommendations for transaction structures, and presenting deals to senior credit executives and Credit and Investment Committees.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate lending, preferably with exposure to residential development or infrastructure finance transactions
  • Strong understanding of credit risk, including a solid grasp of cashflow lending and corporate finance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
