Job Role:

A Senior Loan Origination Specialist is required to join our team, responsible for originating, structuring, and executing corporate loans for clients across various industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, relationship management teams, analysts, credit, internal and external legal counsel, and other external banks and investors to deliver superior loan products and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate, structure, and execute bilateral and club debt financing transactions for WIB Clients covering a variety of industries.
  • Prepare client presentations and marketing materials, including pitch books, in relation to potential upcoming transactions.
  • Negotiate legal documentation with the client as part of a deal team and with assistance from legal counsel.
  • Identify and manage financial and non-financial risks across the business.
  • Maintain internal databases and assist with market update presentations.
  • Ensure highest possible service level to Borrowers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a credit or loan originations team with structuring and documentation expertise for corporate & institutional transactions.
  • High level of communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in loan documentation and understanding legal concepts.
