Beverage Expert - Duty Manager

We are seeking an exceptional duty manager to join our team.

  • A valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA and Food Handlers certificate is a must.
  • Amazing customer service skills, charisma, and an energetic attitude are required.
  • Extraordinary bar skills and a love for making amazing beverages are essential.
  • Experience supervising and training other F&B attendants is necessary.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Precinct Manager and Group Beverage Manager to develop the Precinct Beverage Program for multiple venues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Curating menus for various venues with beverages in mind;
  • Upskilling and training the team in their beverage skills;
