We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for everything related to beverages and possess exceptional leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement beverage programs across various venues
  • Curate menus with a focus on beverages
  • Upskill and train the team in their beverage skills

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA and Food Handlers certificate
  • Exceptional customer service skills, charisma and an energetic attitude
  • Extraordinary bar skills and a love for making amazing beverages
  • Experience supervising and training other F&B attendants
