Our beverage team is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee our pub, steakhouse, bottle shop and seasonal event space in Piara Waters, Western Australia.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a charismatic individual with excellent customer service skills to join a dynamic family-owned business dedicated to people and hospitality.

Key responsibilities will include collaborating with the Precinct Manager and Group Beverage Manager to develop the Precinct Beverage Program, crafting menus for various venues with beverages in mind, and upskilling and training the team in their beverage skills.

We are looking for someone with:

  • a valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA and Food Handlers certificate
  • exceptional bar skills and a love for crafting amazing beverages
  • experience supervising and training other F&B attendants
