The Beverage Manager will be responsible for developing the precinct beverage program, curating menus for our venues, and upskilling the team in their beverage skills.


Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA, and Food Handlers certificate
  • Exceptional customer service skills and charisma
  • Extraordinary bar skills and a love for making amazing beverages
  • Experience supervising and training other F&B attendants
