Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Perth, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, controlling and completing projects while remaining aligned with the company's strategy, commitments and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals and outcomes
  • Plan and manage the overall execution of the deployment of automation and new technology products at our customers' sites
  • Plan, direct, manage and evaluate all aspects of the project to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within defined time frames and within budget plans
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders; foster and maintain strong working relationships with local and internationally based stakeholders to optimize project execution
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a safe and efficient mobilization process
  • Manage project quality; play a leadership role in maximizing quality in projects and services
  • Ensure appropriate resources and expertise are available to deliver the project. Manage the efficient use of equipment, site facilities, purchasing and resources for the project
  • Manage, support and direct project teams
  • Identify quality requirements for the project, assign delegations and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Delivery experience ideally within the technology/automation space
  • Experience running teams in asset management desirable
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills
  • Experience in risk management and change management
  • Experience in delivery of R&D or technology-focused projects preferred
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Able to tolerate stress and uncertainty
