The Role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead our Front Office team and drive excellence in customer service. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our Front Desk and ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a hotel operations or management position, preferably with a focus on front office operations;
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized and seamless check-in and check-out experiences;
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel property management systems, including OPERA;
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team members;
  • A collaborative approach, with a willingness to work closely with other departments to achieve common goals.
