The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Duty Manager to join our Front Office team at Crown Towers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of dedicated employees, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of front office staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure efficient room division operations and uphold Crown brand standards.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Effective communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Understanding of hotel property management systems, preferably OPERA.
