Key Responsibilities- Provide technical product advice and support to customers to resolve product warranty issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage claims effectively, reporting on issues, statistics, and procedures
- Ensure our systems are kept up to date
- Manage day-to-day requirements, including processing work orders and invoices, and arranging suspected product returns
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support/warranty role
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
