
Senior Leader: Forensic and Remedial Engineering

Our company is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Forensic and Remedial Engineering division. This role offers a unique opportunity for a senior leader looking for a new challenge or ready for their next promotion.
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the long-term sustainability and success of our organization by promoting an inspiring style of leadership. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the Forensic and Remedial Division to ensure services meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Developing strategic relationships with external stakeholders to drive business growth and sustainability.
- Maintaining a company-wide perspective and acting on behalf of the company to ensure a well-governed and functioning organization.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- A well-defined adaptive leadership approach that has allowed for the management of transformational organizational change.
- Significant experience in similar roles working to industry best practice standards within tight timescales in fast-paced/high-change environments.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including presentation skills.
- Experience disseminating complex information and making well-informed timely decisions.
- Postgraduate qualifications in business or leadership (strongly preferred).
