The role of Associate Linux Support Engineer is to provide technical assistance and support to customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries via various channels, such as telephone, email, and web.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Linux operating systems and be able to troubleshoot issues efficiently. They will also be responsible for contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and maintaining existing ones.

In addition, the Associate Linux Support Engineer will need to prioritize their work effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as they will be working closely with internal teams and external customers.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
