Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and monitor Linux/Unix infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop automation strategies and deployment processes to streamline operations.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement measures to confirm and secure the Linux OS.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level technical guidance and support on specialist Linux solutions and technologies.
  • Oversee the Linux/Unix server farm to ensure best practice processes are in place and operational.
  • Manage complex projects related to Linux/Unix infrastructure, technology, and services.
  • Design and approve significant modifications to production services prior to implementation.
  • Deliver detailed technical training and assistance relating to the architecture of the Linux/Unix environment.
  • Oversee and automate tasks for system administrators to maintain standards for the operating systems for Linux/Unix server environments.
  • Support operational aspects of Security and Identity Management including Linux/Unix environment.
Requirements:
