Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payment runs.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in accounts payable, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will also possess a positive attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately record and administer company creditors, ensuring timely payments and efficient processing.
- Process high-volume invoice batching and reconciliation against purchase orders and approvals.
- Perform regular creditor statement reconciliations, addressing discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare payment runs for approval and upload into the company's banking system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor account information.
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel.
