Salary Package:

As an Employment Consultant at Beneco, you can expect a competitive salary package, including quarterly bonuses and allowances. In addition, we offer excellent benefits, such as a brand new office location, phone and laptop provided, plus use of company share cars onsite gym and pool.

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Career Coach to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our team of consultants to deliver long-lasting, positive outcomes for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering jobseekers by helping them develop career strategies and set realistic employment goals.
  • Counselling and supporting clients to create professional resumes and source job opportunities through local businesses.
  • Facilitating access to vocational training and work experience placements.
  • Assisting with interview preparation and providing ongoing support to help clients achieve their career objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehab Counselling or Psychology & registration with AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA.
  • Extensive knowledge of NSW Legislative WC laws.
  • A valid Australian Drivers' License and own vehicle.
