Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant to join our team at More Telecom. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our CRM systems to improve customer interactions and streamline business processes.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that meet the specific needs of our business.
- Customise CRM applications to improve functionality, including creating custom modules, fields, and custom workflows and plugins to enhance customer data management and operational efficiency.
- Manage all CRM activities within the guidelines of our 'Way of Working', ensuring visibility of work into the PMO and stakeholders.
- Integrate CRM systems with other business applications, such as billing systems, marketing automation tools, and customer support platforms, to ensure seamless data flow and unified customer information.
- Utilise API integration for efficient connectivity between CRM and other systems.
- Provide technical support and training to CRM users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation of the system.
- Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behaviour, sales performance, and other key metrics to support business decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and trends, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, to understand their needs and ensure the CRM system supports their processes effectively.
- Experience in full stack development with expert understanding of backend, frontend, systems, and data domains.
- Extensive experience with MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience in CI/CD build automation and monitoring tools (e.g. Git, Azure Dev Ops, Dataverse, and Jira).
- Experience in end-to-end solution delivery from requirements discovery, through to support hand-over.
- Experience in designing, developing, and testing scalable and flexible solutions.
- Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, with experience in engaging, collaborating and communicating with key stakeholders and clients.
- Previous experience or understanding of the telecom industry and its specific CRM requirements is desired.
