- Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to CRM users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation of the system.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards: Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and other key metrics to support business decision-making.
- Stay Up-to-Date with CRM Technologies: Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and trends, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
- Experience: Degree in IT or related discipline or relevant Microsoft and Azure Cloud certifications.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience in full stack.Net development with expert understanding of backend, frontend, systems, and data domains.
- CRM Experience: Extensive experience with MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- CI/CD Experience: Experience in CI/CD build automation and monitoring tools (e.g. Git, Azure DevOps, Dataverse, and Jira).
- End-to-End Solution Delivery: Experience in end-to-end solution delivery from requirements discovery, through to support hand-over.
- Design and Development: Experience in designing, developing, and testing scalable and flexible solutions.
