Key Affiliate Manager Role

About the Position
  • This is a senior role that involves managing our affiliate network and collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote our brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably within the fintech space, ideally in the crypto sector. A business development background is highly beneficial for this position.

Responsibilities
  1. Growing our affiliate network through cold outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and negotiations for partnerships.
  2. Managing key accounts by maintaining regular communication with affiliates, analyzing their performance, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  3. Creating and executing promotional campaigns focused on Return on Investment (ROI).
  4. Developing reports using internal data to optimize overall affiliate channel performance.
  5. Monitoring competitor activity and adjusting our strategy accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Identifying and mitigating potential fraud schemes and manipulation by partners.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably within the fintech space, ideally in the crypto sector.
  • A business development background is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto market and its ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are advantageous.
