About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our team in Carat Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the investment deliverables for our clients, with a strong focus on TV, OOH, and traditional media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end investment process, including briefing, booking, negotiating, and buying media.
  • Ensure seamless workflow and innovate processes to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Support contract negotiations on behalf of clients' investment.
  • Manage the workflow and quality of investment deliverables managed by the Executive and Associate levels.
  • Support the Director in accurately forecasting media billings by media owner.
  • Ensure all media bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven ability to work effectively with media owner partners.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering team productivity and buying audit goals to local and global stakeholders.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong skillset using platforms and tech such as TVMap, Roy Morgan, Fusion, Spectra, and other relevant media tools.
  • Able to compare cost/reach/impact across channels and relevancy to the campaign approach, understanding key metrics per medium and data sources.
