Job Description:

At Dentsu, we are seeking a highly skilled Investment Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the investment deliverables for our clients with a strong focus on TV, OOH, and traditional media.

The Role:

You will take ownership of managing the campaign processes for placement and tracking, while keeping clients up to date on media performance. This includes full accountability for the end-to-end investment process, briefing, booking, negotiating, and buying media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Process Management: Manage the investment deliverables for clients, with a focus on TV, OOH, and traditional media.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the campaign processes for placement and tracking, ensuring seamless workflow and innovative processes to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed on media performance and ensure they are up to date on campaign progress.
  • Media Negotiation: Support contract negotiations on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  • Media Booking: Manage the workflow and quality of investment deliverables, including media bookings.
  • Forecasting: Support the Director in accurately forecasting media billings by media owner.
  • Media Processing: Ensure all media bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Media Partnerships: Proven ability to work highly effectively with media owner partners.
  • Team Productivity: Demonstrated success in delivering team productivity and buying audit goals to local and global stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and numeracy skills with excellent negotiation and problem-solving ability.
  • Media Tools: Strong skillset using platforms and tech such as TVMap, Roy Morgan, Fusion, Spectra, and other relevant media tools.
  • Cost-Reach-Impact: Able to compare cost/reach/impact across channels and relevancy to the campaign approach, understanding key metrics per medium and data sources.
