About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Media Investment Manager to join our team. As a Media Investment Manager, you will lead, manage, and inspire the investment team to deliver Purple Standard implementation and trading practices.

  • You will live and breathe our values, possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.
  • You will create a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture, contributing to POVs and following leadership directives.
  • You will work collaboratively with client teams across all disciplines, ensuring timely delivery of work.
  • You will communicate confidently and effectively, holding excellent written and spoken capabilities.
  • You will deliver a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.
  • You will build an effective knowledge and use proprietary and industry tools to deliver market-leading campaign implementation.
  • You will demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and application of the Mindshare Process and roles and responsibilities at each stage.
  • You will obtain necessary certifications for required platforms.
  • You will provide accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, 20 days' holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year. We also offer a flexible working environment, paid parental leave, flexible public holidays, birthday leave, and early finishes during the summer months.

Experience

This is an entry-level role, and you do not require previous experience in Marketing or Media Agencies. A Marketing or other relevant degree is highly regarded, and a Professional Marketing Qualification or Equivalent Experience of 0-1 years in Media Agencies or the broader Media Industry is preferred.
