Job Opportunity in Mulgrave

Mulgrave is offering a role as a Service Administrator on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months.

This position involves providing support to customers, dealers and field service technicians via incoming technical requests and correspondence.

Key responsibilities include creating and managing cost estimates, scheduling work for field service engineers, ordering spare parts and processing customer invoices.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, gained through experience ideally within an industrial equipment environment.

They will also possess previous experience working within a customer support or service desk environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and deliver to timescales while remaining calm under pressure.

A CRM system and SAP use would be advantageous but not essential.
