Field Support Representative

As a Field Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with top 100 global brands, operating continuously since 1884. You will be out in the field with customers, representing a proud Australian owned company that has been in operation for over 130 years.
This role provides the chance to act as our work tool expert, providing guidance to the sales team and operate and demonstrate work tools, with competency training and certificates provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide research support on industry and competitive trends and options
- Assist in exhibitions, product demonstrations, and field days
- Work with Caterpillar and other suppliers of work tools
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar position or passion for the earthmoving industry
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Competent or experience in helping customers
- A desire to immerse yourself and learn about a wide range of exciting products
