Field Service Representative

We're seeking a hands-on and reliable individual to service and merchandise claw machines across the region. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our machines are always in top condition and running smoothly.

About Us

Our company operates over 1,500 machines nationwide, bringing fun and excitement to thousands of people daily. We're rapidly expanding and need someone who is motivated, practical, and able to manage their time effectively.

The Role

This field-based position offers variety, with most days spent visiting sites across Greater Melbourne to:

  • Restock and merchandise machines for optimal appearance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues before they escalate
  • Maintain accurate records of visits and maintenance
  • Communicate with the team to ensure smooth operations

When not in the field, assist with light warehouse tasks to support the wider operations team.

Requirements:
Unrestricted Australian work rights (WHV considered)
Valid driver’s license (international license accepted)
Monday-Friday availability during daytime hours
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
