We are seeking an Advanced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge in pharmacy, including computer literacy and medical terminology. They will be able to communicate effectively with patients, supervise and liaise with colleagues, and demonstrate a strong ability to initiate, plan, perform, and evaluate quality improvement activities under the guidance of a registered pharmacist.
Key responsibilities include providing a defined range of advanced pharmacy services to people with variable health literacy, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy funding arrangements and current Australian pharmacy professional standards and guidelines.
