Job Title: Skilled and Unskilled Meat Process Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and unskilled meat process workers to join our team at Australia's largest meat and food processing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a boning room or slaughter floor environment
  • Perform tasks such as cutting, trimming, and packing meat products
  • Meet production targets and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Work safely and follow procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Previous industry experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Willingness to handle raw meat products
  • Physical fitness and ability to repetitively lift 5kg - 25kg
  • Ability to work in a cold environment
  • Commitment to working safely and following procedures
  • Driver's license and own reliable transport
  • Able to pass a drug, alcohol, and physical assessment
  • Have the Q Fever vaccination or be willing to get the vaccination
  • Must be double vaccinated for COVID
  • Reliable and trustworthy
