Technical Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to provide exceptional support and maintenance services to our valuable customer base.

This role involves installing, maintaining and troubleshooting various equipment and software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude in dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of colour and black-and-white print equipment and associated software solutions.
  • Providing corrective and preventative maintenance services on customer equipment to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Working collaboratively with a team of dedicated technicians and reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar industry or a related field, with a strong desire to learn and apply new skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or network.
  • Strong IT and technical knowledge/understanding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Australian working rights.
