The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships between teams. They serve as the primary liaison, ensuring seamless communication and effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities- Internal Collaboration: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between teams, delivering on client needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Business Development Director, Head of Product, and Head of Trading.
- Clients Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding key accounts.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with trading teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of programmatic campaigns.
- Expectation Alignment: Align team expectations with client needs.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and performance reports to the team.
- Client Management Experience: Proven experience in managing client relationships within digital media or programmatic advertising environments.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Coordination Abilities: Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to changing client needs.
