Job Overview

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships between teams. They serve as the primary liaison, ensuring seamless communication and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Collaboration: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between teams, delivering on client needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Business Development Director, Head of Product, and Head of Trading.
  • Clients Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding key accounts.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with trading teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of programmatic campaigns.
  • Expectation Alignment: Align team expectations with client needs.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and performance reports to the team.
Requirements
  • Client Management Experience: Proven experience in managing client relationships within digital media or programmatic advertising environments.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Coordination Abilities: Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to changing client needs.
