The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the operations of the business, working alongside agents for administration support, and ensuring all compliance is completed before properties go live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the operations of the business
  • Working alongside agents for administration support
  • Ensuring all compliance is completed before properties go live
  • Leading the Administration & Client Services Manager team
  • Managing the CRM and platforms
  • Assisting with IT issues
  • Managing the monthly meetings & office events
  • Training, mentoring & onboarding new staff
  • Ad hoc admin support

Requirements:

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Previous experience in Real Estate is essential
  • Strong administration and communication skills
