About The Opportunity

Programmed's Property Services department is seeking a skilled Grounds & Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the upkeep and improvement of our client's site in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our open space team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds and gardens are maintained to a high standard.

Nature of Position: Full-Time

Location: Sydney CBD

Reporting Line: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
  • Provide expert horticulture knowledge to the team
  • Pruning and shaping across the grounds
  • Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment
  • Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
  • Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a horticulture qualification and a passion for providing quality work. You will also have experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping, and a current driver's license. Additionally, you will demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace and execute work that is of a high standard.
