About The Opportunity

Programmed's Property Services is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team across multiple contracts in Western - Inner Western Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our teams in maintaining, tidying and enhancing the grounds and gardens across our locations.

Nature of position: Full-Time

Location: Western - Inner Western Sydney

Reporting line: Project Manager

  • Vehicle, uniform, footwear and PPE provided

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
  • Routine mowing and turf maintenance
  • Routine vacuuming and cleaning of common areas
  • Pruning and shaping across the grounds
  • Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment
  • Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
  • Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
About You

To be successful in this role, you will be experienced or hold qualifications in horticulture/open space. A passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others are essential. Additionally, you will have;

  • Current driver's license
  • White card preferable
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
  • Execute work that is of a high standard
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems
