Transforming Last Mile Delivery

We are seeking a driven Associate Product Manager to join our team in delivering the Unified Last Mile program of work. This role will help us transform our home delivery techstack to enable complex ecommerce fulfillment while improving the last mile customer experience.

The Associate Product Manager will identify opportunities to improve the last mile experience for customers and team members through driving discovery, design, delivery, and testing activities. The role will also own and deliver workstreams within the broader program through both Agile and traditional waterfall delivery methods.

  • Deliver key workstreams within the Unified Last Mile Transformation Program.
  • Define requirements for future Last Mile system functionalities with a focus on cost efficiencies and scalability.
  • Own and drive product components end-to-end – from identifying problems to delivering solutions across the full product lifecycle.
  • Deliver against strategic roadmap milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Take analytical ownership to uncover insights, guide decision-making, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Champion best-in-class product practices including visioning, design thinking, journey mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
