The Opportunity

We seek a highly motivated Transport Allocator to support our drivers and ensure their day-to-day success.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver positive experiences.

The Transport Allocator will provide high-level customer service through efficient management of allocation tasks, ensuring every day is successful for our fleet of contracted drivers.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Is enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated with a flexible attitude
  • Can multitask and determine efficient outcomes for job completion
  • Has attention to detail, multitasking skills, and experience under pressure
  • Has knowledge of suburbs and solid understanding of Freight Management Systems (FMS)
  • Is a patient and positive communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Has experience improving driver engagement levels and cultural fit
  • Is passionate about delivering positive customer experiences and fielding queries
  • Is tech savvy with computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
