Customer Delivery Team Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Delivery Team Manager to oversee the operational success of our last mile operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operations of a substantial customer delivery team and driving performance in safety, customer experience, cost, fulfillment, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the operational success of last mile operations through go-live and ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate the operations of a substantial CFC customer delivery team to achieve ecommerce KPIs.
  • Oversee process compliance to drive safety and operational process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery operations.
About You and Your Skills

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Delivery Team Manager who has a customer-first focus. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of management experience in last mile and transport/logistics cross-dock operations.
  • Experience managing large-scale teams and driving financial & operational performance.
  • Prior experience with last mile and transport/logistics cross-dock operations, including relevant vehicle compliance and safety frameworks.
  • Strong people leadership capabilities and the ability to influence senior leaders across the organization.
