Experience Manager: Last Mile Delivery Expertise

About the Role

This regional role is based out of our delivery stations in Sydney or Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams and developing solutions to improve delivery experiences.

Key skills required include a thorough understanding of customer needs and pain points related to deliveries, as well as experience with designing new services to enable an exceptional delivery experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with managing cross-functional projects and dependencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points related to deliveries.
  • Design new services to deliver an exceptional delivery experience.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders globally to evaluate business priorities and define shared opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a team of field quality assurance specialists to resolve last-mile delivery challenges.
  • Deliver results by leading process improvement efforts and managing ambiguity.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Proven analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience in developing business continuity and team engagement.
