Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with leaders and staff across the Northern Sydney Local Health District.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with managers to develop workforce capabilities aligned with business objectives.
  • Guide leaders through performance, talent, and change management processes.
  • Provide expert advice on complex workforce matters including grievances, disputes, and industrial issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and organisational policies.
  • Promote our CORE values – Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.
  • Support leaders in proactively managing people challenges and fostering a strong team culture.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in Workforce/Human Resources management.
  • Previous experience in generalist workforce/human resources functions including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, job evaluation, recruitment and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of public sector employment law, Industrial Relations, EEO, Child Protection, WHS Legislation and State Awards.
