**Shape the Future of People Strategy**## **Key Accountabilities*** **Strategic Partnership & Influence** Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives. Provide expert counsel across leadership development, workforce planning, organisational culture, and change management.* **Leadership & Team Development** Mentor and guide the HR Advisory team, acting as deputy to the **General Manager, Human Resources Australia**, and fostering a high-performance, future-ready HR function.* **Human Resource Strategy & Execution** Design and deliver forward-looking HR plans. Lead enterprise projects and leverage workforce analytics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.* **Employee Relations & Risk Management** Advise on complex workforce matters, and organisational change. Collaborate with Workplace Relations to resolve sensitive issues.* **Change Leadership** Champion structural and cultural transformation initiatives. Ensure alignment with policy, timely execution, and effective communication across stakeholder groups.* **Talent & Succession Planning** Identify and nurture key talent. Embedded within the **Human Resource Advisory & People Solutions** team, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change and align people strategies with global and local business priorities.* 15+ years' experience in strategic HR business partnering within complex, mid-to-large organisations.* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and influencing capabilities.* Commercial acumen, collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-impact outcomes.* Confidence in navigating complex conversations and applying data to guide decisions.## The Application ProcessThis is our standard application process.
