Seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Admin Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance and administration of IT systems.

**Job Summary**

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing projects, working with external consultants and service providers, as well as developing and maintaining business systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop, maintain and administer IT systems including datawarehouse and portals.
  • Build analytical models using data from relevant sources and develop data processing scripts.
  • Develop data management and storage practices and work collaboratively across the division to build staff capability to effectively use IT and business systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Significant experience in successfully managing projects.
  • Experience in business analysis practices including elicitation and recording of business requirements in the form of user stories.
  • Advanced experience in developing, maintaining and administering IT systems and business systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in building and maintaining Microsoft CRM Dynamics systems and Power Apps portals.
  • Experience in using analytical tools and languages including Power BI and SQL.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or computer science.
