As a front-line ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a seamless flow of guests through our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and guests
- Greet and seat guests with courtesy
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain contact with guests, serving staff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth dining experiences
- Adhere to high standards of appearance and personal presentation
- Provide excellent guest service and adhere to Service Standards
- Exercise sound judgment and mature decision-making skills when performing duties
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in food and beverage preferred
- Completion of Food Handler or ServSafe certification is mandatory
- Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions
- Well-organized and able to learn point-of-sale systems
- Pass a mandatory drug test and obtain necessary licenses
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
