We are seeking a talented Software Architecture Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of software development, working closely with our high-performing Technology team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering high-quality software that performs at scale and pushes boundaries.As a passionate and highly capable individual, you will contribute to the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from early analysis and architecture through to testing and deployment. Your primary focus will be on writing well-designed, testable, and scalable code that adheres to established standards and best practices.You will participate in team discussions, guiding the direction of projects with thoughtful input and technical expertise. Additionally, you will evaluate and improve system scalability and performance, identifying bottlenecks and developing proactive solutions.You will also assist in quality assurance processes by collaborating with Quality Assurance teams to ensure high standards of software delivery. Furthermore, you will own and maintain specific modules and codebases, including documentation and improvement initiatives.Finally, you will help evolve internal build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation capabilities, while communicating and collaborating with external teams and stakeholders across the business.Requirements
  • Proven experience in software engineering within a modern delivery environment, ideally aligned with our tech stack.
  • Strong understanding of web, mobile, or backend technologies and standards.
  • Experience in Agile delivery teams, comfortable working in fast-paced sprints and collaborative team settings.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling.
  • Working knowledge of databases and Jira or similar platforms.
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to assess technical risk and mitigate proactively.
  • Knowledge or experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
