Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our technology initiatives, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data, and providing exceptional customer service to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the business goals of Oklahoma Ag Credit
  • Oversee the management of IT projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project timelines
  • Lead a team of IT professionals in providing technical support, training, and guidance to staff
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data, including the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with external service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CIS, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in security, technology, and infrastructure, with a proven track record in building secure technology solutions
  • Supervisory experience required; 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISA preferred
