Job Overview

Seeking a professional with a passion for mechanical aspects and a desire to expand their career. The ideal candidate has experience in diesel mechanics or site planning, with a strong understanding of automotive and/or mining clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to customers through various mediums, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Document customer inquiry information within designated systems.
  • Resolve complex customer issues by applying knowledge of Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
  • Escalate issues as necessary, providing thorough documentation.
  • Deliver training to new hires on new and existing Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
  • Support improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences and organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge content, deliver training, and serve as a subject matter expert or team leader.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Industry experience, preferably in diesel mechanics or site planning.
  • Warranty processing experience is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team is necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, is expected.
  • Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Personal commitment to health, safety, and environment (HSE) principles and leading interdependent safety culture.
