Job Title: Disability Support Worker - Autism Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced support worker to provide personal care and community participation support to a young boy with Autism.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a patient, energetic, and committed professional to make a positive impact on the child's development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care support before and after school.
  • Foster community participation to support social and emotional development.
  • Build a nurturing relationship with the child.
  • Assist with daily routines, activities, and transportation as required.

Schedule:

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM & 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience working with children with Autism (essential).
  • A driver's license and access to a reliable car (essential).
  • A friendly, patient, and reliable personality with a passion for supporting children.
