The Opportunity

As a People and Capability Business Partner, you will span recruitment, performance appraisal, succession planning, remuneration, and beyond.

Leveraging your leadership skills and HR expertise, you will act as a trusted strategic partner, coaching leaders and their teams to excel.

You will provide strong support in change management, organisational development, and leadership growth.

Your ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar HR leadership role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field
  • Extensive experience supporting Executive Managers in change management and business transformation
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic partnering, coaching, and change management skills
  • Ability to hold leaders accountable in a supportive and constructive manner, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
