Senior People and Capability Expert Role

This is a senior-level position focused on people and capability management as a strategic partner to the business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record in change management, business transformation, and leadership development.

  • Leadership skills: The ability to coach and develop leaders and their teams to excel.
  • Change management: Experience in supporting executive managers in change initiatives and business transformation.
  • Strategic partnering: A strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to develop strategic plans to achieve them.
  • Coaching and development: Proven experience in coaching and developing leaders and their teams.

In this role, you will work closely with executive managers to drive business outcomes through effective people and capability management. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to leaders and their teams.
  • Supporting executive managers in change initiatives and business transformation.
  • Managing talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
